UFT Welfare Fund

You must enroll in the Welfare Fund separately from enrolling in a health plan. There are no waiting periods for benefits once you enroll as an eligible member.

UFT Welfare Fund benefits plans cover you, your spouse or domestic partner, and your eligible dependents.

Health Benefits – UFT Welfare Fund

Health Benefits

Register in the UFT Welfare Fund, which is separate from your city health plan coverage, to access your supplemental benefits.

The UFT Welfare Fund is open with full services, and our health benefit representatives are here to assist you during our office hours of Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you require assistance, please call our main number at 212-539-0500. To request a health benefits form, please call our hotline at 212-539-0539.
